The information we collect
We only collect the information we need to quote for, arrange and carry out our work. This may include:
- Contact details – your name, phone number, email address and postal address.
- Property and job details – the address to be cleaned, the services you are interested in, access arrangements (for example side gates or parking) and any notes you give us about the property.
- Booking and service history – quotes, visit dates, cleaning frequency, reminders and completion updates.
- Payment records – amounts invoiced and paid and the payment method used. We do not store full card details.
- Communications – messages, emails, texts and call notes when you get in touch with us.
- Photos – before and after photos of the exterior of your property, taken to record the work we carry out.
How we collect it
Most of the information comes directly from you: when you fill in the enquiry form on this website, phone us, email or message us, or speak to us on site. The enquiry form on this website opens your own email app with your details filled in; nothing is sent until you choose to send that email.
How we use your information
- To respond to enquiries and provide quotes.
- To schedule visits, send reminders before a clean and confirm when the work is complete.
- To carry out the work and keep a record of what was done.
- To take payment and keep accounts.
- To deal with questions, feedback or complaints.
- To meet our legal, tax and insurance obligations.
With your permission, we may use before and after photos of your property on this website or on social media. These photos never include your house number, name or anything else that identifies you, and you can ask us to remove them at any time.
Our lawful bases
- Contract – to provide quotes and carry out the services you ask us for.
- Legitimate interests – to run our business efficiently, keep service records and respond to enquiries.
- Legal obligation – to keep financial records for HMRC and meet other legal requirements.
- Consent – where we ask for it, for example to use photos of your property in our marketing. You can withdraw consent at any time.
Sharing your information
We never sell your personal information. We only share it where necessary with trusted providers who help us run the business, such as our email, phone and scheduling providers, our accountant and our bank or payment provider. They may only use your information to provide their service to us. We may also share information where the law requires us to.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not lead to any work are deleted within 12 months.
- Customer and booking records are kept while you remain a customer and for up to 2 years after our last visit.
- Invoices and payment records are kept for 6 years to meet tax requirements.
Keeping your information safe
We store information on password-protected devices and accounts, limit access to the people who need it and take reasonable steps to protect it from loss, misuse or unauthorised access.
